Additionally, I like that you do your absolute best to find the most competitive rates for the coverage that I've requested; unlike captive agents that seem to go out of their way to uncover ways to increase rates for issues not related to an individual's driving record i.e. (credit score, etc.). My family and I were with Farmer's Insurance for years (40 ) with several agents. I was extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated on numerous occasions. I will never make that mistake again. Thank you so much for your kindness, efficiency, sense of humor, and attention to detail. With sincerity and much appreciation always, Brad & Carol Charnstrom.
